This master provides the insights you need in order to determine which strategic direction an organisation should take to create and sustain a competitive advantage. Delivering the absolutely latest thinking in strategy, the programme combines the results of first-hand research with an extensive international business network and student-centred teaching methods. It takes an in-depth look at three key managerial activities: strategic analysis, strategy formulation and the implementation of strategies. The programme prepares you for a future as an organisational leader or senior manager.

To join our Strategic Management programme, you must have a research university bachelor’s degree (equal to a bachelor’s degree from a Dutch research university) containing a minimum total of 60 ECTS in qualitative and quantitative research methods, statistics and advanced courses in business strategy, organizational theory & behavior and finance & accounting.
You will be assessed on the basis of a dossier containing your academic background, grade point average (GPA), motivation and relevant test scores such as GMAT and/or TOEFL / IELTS. Non-RSM bachelor graduates must apply for admission through our online application system (OLAF).
