Chances of getting into MIM or MEM

Have completed B.tech from one of the most prestigious institute in my Country(India) i.e.,from an old IIT.
currently working and will have around 1+ year of work experience by the time I will be applying.
have 90+% in 10th
85+% in 12th
8.15/10 CGPA in my graduation.
have participated in various events at school and college level but effectively extracurricular background is nil.
have a few other things that I can showcase which are worth.
Confused between which stream should be better for me MEM or MIM.
have no specific country choice in my mind.
