Short Profile

Study a master’s program in global logistics and supply chain management at the world's only logistics university. Our program combines the themes logistics, supply chain management and leadership in a unique way. Logistics & SCM topics represent more than half of the curriculum. All of our programs are distinguished by an international student body, outstanding faculty, an intimate learning environment and extensive corporate ties. All our programs are taught in English.

Program Content / Services

Starting in September each year, you can complete the MSc in Global Logistics program in either 4 semesters (120 ECTS; standard track) or 3 semesters (90 ECTS; fast track). On both tracks, the curriculum comprises modules in logistics and supply chain management, management, economics, and leadership skills. Tuition Fees

A good education is invaluable – and a Master of Science degree from Kühne Logistics University is an investment that will yield a lifetime of dividends. The tuition fees for the two-year Master of Science in Global Logistics and Supply Chain Management program are 5,980 € per semester.

We accept applications year-round. The application deadline for the program starting in September is June 30. We recommend submitting applications as early as possible.

Application Procedure

Application and Admission

Students who apply to the Kühne Logistics University benefit from a rolling admissions policy. KLU considers each student's application as soon as all the required documents have been received and will notify applicants of the board of admission's decision without delay. Deadline for application for the program starting in September is June 30.

For applications received by December 31, applicants are granted a 10% early bird discount on the overall tuition.

We strongly recommend that applicants from non-EU countries apply by March 31. The visa process takes up to two months, starting on the date of acceptance by KLU. Please keep in mind that there are a lot of other organizational matters to deal with when planning your study abroad.

You do not have your bachelor’s certificate yet? Of course, you can still apply to Kühne Logistics University. Just provide a transcript of records including all grades given to date and you can hand in your bachelor’s certificate at a later stage.

Admission Requirements

In detail, the admission criteria are:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized university or college and an excellent academic record. Please note that for the standard track, the bachelor’s degree or equivalent must comprise at least 180 ECTS (or 210 ECTS for the fast track). The required bachelor’s degree will typically be in business administration or economics. Other fields such as industrial engineering, business informatics, and mathematics, for example, will be considered if your bachelor's degree contains a sufficient number of courses (at least four) in the field of business administration or economics.
  • High level of proficiency in spoken and written English. TOEFL (577/233/90), IELTS (band 6.5), or the equivalent
