Hi Ankit,
thank you for your questions. I think the key decision you need to take is
- whether you want to go for a Master in GENERAL Management
- or a SPECIALIZED Master such as the Master in Finance
If you go for a Master in General Management you have two options, the MIM (Master in Management) or the MBA (for which you need a minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional experience).
- In this case, I would suggest that you go for an MBA because you already have experience.
If you go for a specialized Master in Finance then you only need to consider your ACADEMIC pre-experience:
- Some programs require a first degree in Business
- Some programs don't
You can use our Search Engine Filter "Entry requirements" to search for
- Masters that require a first academic degree in business or economics
- and programs that don't
Best wishes

Hi Ankit,
once you have decided whether you prefer to become a Finance expert (=> Master in Finance) or you prefer a more general education (=>MBA or Master in Management you should contact the UCD Michael Smurfit School of Management and ask them about Career Opportunities and their experience with graduates, particularly from your country.
You can use the REQUEST INFO Button that we placed on each of the UCD Michael Smurfit School of Management profiles to send an email directly to them.
Best wishes
Thomas
